Pam is a kindhearted, hardworking lady who noticed her teeth wearing down and wanted to prevent them from worsening. Pam’s teeth showed wear only on the front upper teeth and general discoloration of teeth. Pam’s entire upper teeth were designed to prevent further destructive wear while restoring her vertical dimensions and providing better upper lip support.

Vasser is missing her upper lateral incisors, and the canine teeth have been moved into the lateral position. This resulted in a narrower upper arch. In addition, her teeth had discolored over the years. The treatment was designed to transform the canine teeth to lateral teeth and the teeth behind the canines (premolars) into canine teeth while providing increased support horizontally & vertically, resulting in increased vertical & horizontal support for the entire face and relaxing the muscles to lessen the wrinkles around the eyes, cheeks and mouth.

Rachel’s concerns were her teeth were getting thin and wearing down, and she had to shift her jaw to close her teeth, which was uncomfortable. The treatment goal was to find her comfortable position where she wasn’t forced to shift her jaw to close while improving her smile, arch forms, and jawline and giving Rachel a youthful look for her entire face. Rachel’s upper arch was expanded horizontally and forward, and then the upper and lower teeth were restored with porcelain veneers and crowns. Dana has been concerned for many years about her teeth chipping and breaking. Dana had been grinding her teeth primarily on just one side. This symptom usually indicates misalignment of the jaw/arch where a person will grind or break teeth to ‘free’ the jaw movement from any restrictions of comfortable jaw movements. Linda has gone many years with several missing teeth. The remaining teeth were beginning to wear down quickly, and Linda was having a hard time eating and having chronic TMD pain. Kim’s upper arch was designed using porcelain crowns & veneers to expand in all 3 dimensions and allow the lower jaw to move forward and downward. Michele is a professional, dedicated working mom. Michele’s teeth had much erosion from consuming excessive soft drinks, which weakened them and hastened their wear. Total loss of teeth dimension had collapsed her face in all 3 planes (vertical, horizontal, and forward/sagittal). Michele’s upper arch was designed to compensate for the volume loss in 3 planes and restored with porcelain restorations.

Meredith is a very successful restaurateur & entrepreneur. With her hectic schedule, taking time off to get her smile designed was a bit of a challenge. As a very artistic & creative person, Meredith has keen eyes for how she wants her smile to look. Meredith tried out her smile, and the result was astounding! Kristi suffered from years of TMD/TMJ pain. Despite trying out several oral appliances/bite guards, the symptoms continue to get worse to the point of considering cervical surgery. Previously, her mouth had been restored with porcelain restorations and fitted with a bite appliance, which did not help her pain. Linda’s treatment goal was first to find a new jaw position to relieve her pain and then restore her mouth to that comfortable position, at the same time improving her facial support. Linda’s treatment began with a functional appliance that naturally allowed her jaw to find a comfortable position. Once Linda was comfortable functioning in a new position, a new smile was designed to improve overall beauty and facial harmony.

Roger is the kindest gentleman. He simply wanted to get his teeth in good health. His teeth were restored with composite fillings and porcelain crowns.

Lindsey is a dedicated supermom who always takes care of everyone around her first. Finally, it was her turn. Lindsey noticed her teeth discoloring and wearing down. She was also concerned about her clenching & grinding and wanted to ensure she didn’t break her teeth in the future. Bill is a brilliant intellectual. Over the years, periodontal disease had taken a toll on his oral health and bone loss; there was a noticeable collapse of his face.
