Pam is a kindhearted, hardworking lady who noticed her teeth wearing down and wanted to prevent them from worsening. Pam's teeth showed wear only on the front upper teeth and general discoloration of teeth. Pam's entire upper teeth were designed to prevent further destructive wear while restoring her vertical dimensions and providing better upper lip support.

Vasser is missing her upper lateral incisors, and the canine teeth have been moved into the lateral position. This resulted in a narrower upper arch. In addition, her teeth had discolored over the years. The treatment was designed to transform the canine teeth to lateral teeth and the teeth behind the canines (premolars) into canine teeth while providing increased support horizontally & vertically, resulting in increased vertical & horizontal support for the entire face and relaxing the muscles to lessen the wrinkles around the eyes, cheeks and mouth.
